All views feature a loose-fitting V-necked bodice with a gently gathered shoulder and yoke. The slightly puffed sleeve is gathered at the shoulder; choose between a short sleeve, or a long sleeve with an elastic gathered cuff. You may also choose between two interchangeable neckline finishes: a simple facing, or a bias-bound neckline with delicate rouleau button loops and buttons.

View A is a button-front dress with a comfortable elastic waist and three gathered skirt tiers. View B is a voluminous swing tunic with a gathered hip tier. View C is an elegant blouse with a faced neckline.

Suggested fabrics: The Nicks Dress and Blouse shines in a variety of light to midweight wovens with moderate drape. For a flowy and ethereal effect, try rayon challis, viscose, silk crepe, chiffon, charmeuse, or georgette. For more body, try cotton shirting, batiste, voile, chambray, or linen.

View A: 45″ (1.15 m) wide fabric (sizes 0-14 only): 5.25 - 5.5 yd (4.75 - 5 m) // 58″ (1.5 m) wide fabric: 4.75 - 5.25 yd (4.25 - 4.75 m).

View B: 45″ (1.15 m) wide fabric (sizes 0-14 only): 2.25 - 2.5 yd (2 - 2.25 m) // 58″ (1.5 m) wide fabric: 2.25 yd (2 m).

View C: 45″ (1.15 m) wide fabric (sizes 0-14 only): 2.25 - 2.75 yd (2 - 2.5 m) // 58″ (1.5 m) wide fabric: 1.5 - 2.25 yd (1.25 - 2 m).

Sizing: 0 – 20 (approx. UK 6 – 20, based on our ). Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

This size range is based on a B cup bust and an average height of 5’6″. Please note that B cup does not refer to bra sizing, but rather to the difference in inches between high and full bust. A 2″ difference between those measurements is equivalent to a B cup.
