Each tablet contains 2mg loperamide hydrochloride. Also contains aspartame, mint flavour (contains traces of sulphites) and benzyl alcohol - see package leaflet for further information. Imodium is for symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and is not a substitute for rehydration therapy
